The mathematical models for optimum design of shell-and-tube heat exchangers are established based on the non-phase-changing process. With the annual total cost as target function and the heat transfer area associated of nonlinear equations, the model is suitable to be solved with the complex optimum method using the variables constraints. Calculation results of process example show that this model can be applicable, and that the complex method can be used for the optimal solution.%基于无相变传热过程,建立管壳式换热器优化设计的数学模型.模型以年总费用为目标函数,关联传热面积的非线性方程,适宜采用多变量约束的复合形法.工艺计算结果表明:该模型符合工程实际,复合形法完全可用于该文模型的优化求解.
