基于客户退货时间价值的闭环供应链绩效研究

         

摘要

In the closed-loop supply chain of customer return situation, the time value has a great influence on the decision-making and performance of the supply chain system. System simulation and data analysis show that, in the product lifecycle, for time-sensitive products, to develop a reasonable return processing time has considerable economic value. Regardless of the product lifecycle models, accumulated time, return rate, and price decay factor are the key factors that affect system performance. High returns and high price decay will significantly weaken the system profits, by selecting the appropriate accumulated time, the centralized processing of defective return products can reduce the impact of product price decay on the system and improve the profit of supply chain system.%在客户退货情境下的闭环供应链中,时间价值对供应链系统决策和绩效具有较大的影响.系统仿真和数据分析表明,在产品使用寿命周期内,对于时间敏感的产品,制定合理的退货处理累计时间具有相当的经济价值.无论对于何种使用寿命周期模式的产品,累计时间、退货率和价格衰减因子是影响系统绩效的关键因素.高退货率和高价格衰减会显著削弱系统利润,而选择合适的累计时间,通过对缺陷退货产品的集中处理,降低的处理成本会在一定程度抵消产品价格衰减对系统的影响,从而提高供应链系统利润.
