To adapt to the talent training needs in the new situation,including student teaching,instant simulated experiment,course design and a series of measures of the teaching model reform were used in analog electronic technology teaching.The results showed that these measures can improve learning effectiveness and are worth popularizing.%为适应新形势下人才培养需求，在模拟电子技术课程教学中采取“小教员”登台、随堂仿真实验、课程设计等一系列教学模式改革措施。教学实践表明，这些措施提高了课程的学习效果，具有推广应用价值。
