晶体三极管是模拟电子技术课程中的基础元器件,有着复杂的非线性输入输出特性,既是教学重点,也是教学难点。针对教学中难以用数学方法严格描述晶体三极管全部特性的现状,提出了一种用发散化思维模式进行教学的新思路,以帮助学生尽快熟悉该器件的各种非线性特征。%BJT(Bipolar Junction Transistor),basic components of analog electronic technology course,is not only the focus,but also the difficulties of teaching with complex nonlinear input-output characteristics. According to the difficulties of description of all the characteristics of BJT in strict mathematical method,a new divergent thinking teaching is put forward in order to help students get familiar with the various nonlinear characteristics of the device.
