The data collected through the 515 operational risk samples were refined analysis .We sum‐marize the features of the present stage of Chinese commercial banks operational risk from the sample sta‐tistics .In addition ,the case has been disclosed by their economic losses caused by statistical collation , summarized the reasons for occurrence of operational risk .The paper proposed specific measures to pre‐vent operational risk to reduce the operation risk of commercial banks .%通过对收集到的515件操作风险的样本数据进行了细化分析，我们从样本数据统计总结了现阶段我国商业银行的操作风险的特点。此外，通过对已披露的案例及其带来的经济损失进行统计整理，归纳我国操作风险发生的原因，并以此为基础提出了防范操作风险的具体对策，对降低商业银行操作风险进行了探讨。
