冷藏集装箱内温度场的数值模拟与实验

         

摘要

为更深入地了解货物堆码方式对集装箱内温度场的影响,以下送风20英尺机械式冷藏集装箱为研究对象,通过建立3D紊流模型,对非稳态下箱内动态温度分布情况进行模拟.在装载量不变的情况下,采用CFD模拟4种工况下的箱内温度分布情况.模拟结果表明:货物左右对称堆码方式的温度场分布情况优于货物整体堆码方式的情况;合理地控制货物堆码高度及货物与箱壁侧面间隙可以有效防止湍流现象的发生;高温区域主要出现在门端偏后处和集装箱的拐角处.模拟结果与实验结果有良好的一致性,对冷藏集装箱内货物堆码方式的选择具有指导和借鉴意义.%In order to understand the effect of cargo stacking modes on temperature field inside reefer containers, for a 20 ft mechanical reefer container with bottom air delivery units, a 3D turbulence model is established, and the dynamic temperature distribution inside the container under unsteady conditions is simulated.By CFD, the temperature distributions inside the container are simulated respectively for 4 working conditions, where the loading is constant.The simulation results show that, the temperature distribution with the left-right symmetrical stacking mode of cargoes is better than that with the whole stacking mode of cargoes, the reasonable cargo stacking height and the reasonable distance between the walls and the cargoes can effectively prevent the phenomenon of turbulence, and the high temperature areas are mainly located at back of the door and the container corners.The simulation results are well agreeable with the experimental results.It provides guidance and reference for the cargo stacking mode selection inside reefer containers.
