To provide references for the development of the water tourism at Huangpu River during the period of post-Expo, according to the statistics of waterborne transport in Shanghai Expo, both qualitative evaluation and un-qualitative analysis are conducted for the operational benefits of waterborne transport in Shanghai Expo by adopting "with and without antitheses" , and the contents and formation of the tangible , intangible, overflow and follow-up benefits are analyzed in detail. In the development process of the water tourism in Shanghai during the period of post-Expo, the experience of "four unification" of operational administration mechanism could be learned from; the waterborne transport management association should be founded to implement the unified management; the integration of collaborative mechanism should be established to get overall benefit maximization and to ensure harmonious development of Shanghai waterborne transport.%为给上海后世博时期黄浦江水上旅游业发展提供借鉴,根据上海世博会水上交通有关统计资料,采用“有无对比法”,对上海世博会水上交通体系的运营效益进行量化评估与非量化说明,细化分析其有形、无形、外溢和后续效应的内涵和构成.在后世博上海水上旅游发展过程中,可以借鉴“四个统一”的运营管理机制经验,成立水上旅游管理协会,对上海市的水上旅游进行统一管理,并建立完善的协同机制,进行整合实现整体效益最大化,确保上海水上旅游业的和谐发展.
