组织文化影响组织绩效的作用机制研究——组织文化匹配性的视角

         

摘要

组织文化与组织绩效之间的相关性研究呈现了乐观的结果,但是研究的局限和管理实践的困惑都难以得到解释。从组织文化匹配性的视角出发,以组织文化内部匹配性和外部匹配性为实验变量,探求组织文化与组织绩效之间的关系机制。通过中美两国制造企业的数据分析发现:组织文化的匹配性与积极的组织行为呈正相关,组织行为影响组织绩效,在组织文化与组织绩效之间起完全中介作用。提供了新的视角看待组织文化的重要性,也为塑造和建设企业文化提出了新的思路和方法。%  Correlational study about organizational culture and organizational performance has brought some good results. However, puzzles still rise in management practice because of research limitations. The article explores the relation and mechanism between organizational culture and organizational performance, with the inner and outer compatibilities as experimental variables. Data analysis about Chinese and American manufacturing enterprises shows that the organizational culture compatibility has a positive relation with active organizational behavior, influencing the organizational performance, playing a full mediating role between organizational culture and organizational performance. This article provides a new perspective displaying the importance of organizational culture, and also presents some new ideas and methods for shaping and building of enterprise culture.
