受精卵最佳显微注射时间的探索

         

摘要

目的 探讨最佳显微注射受精卵的时间.方法 对小鼠诱导超排卵后,在不同时间点采集受精卵,观察采集到受精卵的不同阶段中雄原核的状态,确定受精卵出现雄性原核的最佳时间.结果 在注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)后的23-25 h,出现雄性原核的受精卵所占的百分率达到75%以上,此时雌雄原核清晰可见,受精卵雄原核较大.结论 在注射HCG后23-25 h的受精卵最适合进行显微注射.%Objective To explore the optimal time for microinjection into fertilized eggs. Method.s After superovulation.fertilized eggs of mice at different stages were collected. The male pronuclei of fertilized eggs was observed and calculated at different stages. The optimal time for the occurrence of male pronuclei of fertilized eggs was recorded. Results After injecting human chorionic gonadotropin( HCG ) for 23 - 25 h,the male pronuclei were found in more than 75 % fertilized eggs. The female and male pronuc.lei were clearly visible , and the male pronuclei of fertilized eggs were larger than those at the other stages. Conclusion It is the most suitahle time for microinjection into fertilized eggs after HCG injection for 23 - 25 h.
