目的 探讨白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)对人牙周膜细胞(human periodontal ligament fibroblasts,HPLFs)合成肌动蛋白(actin)的影响.方法 取体外培养的第5代HPLFs,分别用0 ng/ml(对照),0.1,1,10,100 ng/ml浓度的IL-6干扰48 h后应用免疫细胞化学方法观察细胞胞质中actin的合成情况.结果 与对照组相比,HPLFs中actin的表达在1-100 ng/ml IL-6干预后都明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 IL-6有抑制HPLFs合成肌动蛋白的作用.%Objective To explore the effect of interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) on actin expression in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts ( HPLFs ). Methods Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were cultured in vitro. The cells of fifth generation were exposed to the different concentrations of IL-6 ( 0,0.1,1,10,100 ng/ml ) for 48 h, respectively. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the actin expression. Results Actin expression was decreased significantly after exposure to 1 - 100 ng/ml IL-6( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion IL-6 can inhibit the actin expression of human periodontal ligament cells.
