Xunzi has been a notoriously difficult work for readers since ancient times.From the Qing dynasty, collations and explanations have appeared one after another, among them is the book entitled Collations and Annotations of Xunzi's Works by Mr.Wang Tianhai which contains the richest materials, hence the first choice by scholars.However, some points remain yet to be solved of Xunzi which were wrongly or not completely explained, so it is necessary to give new explanations.The paper selects thirty entities concerning the syntax, collation, exegesis, etc., hoping to be of reference to the readers of Xunzi.%《荀子》自古号称难读,清代以来对其进行校释、训诂、评注的成果非常.今人王天海先生的《荀子校释》一书搜罗最富,版本最佳.然而,《荀子》一书仍有难解之处,特别是前贤的一些说法或有讹误,或未尽完备,因此有必要作进一步的疏解.今为校读札记三十条,涉及句法、校勘、训诂等多个方面,以期对研读《荀子》者有所参考.
