导师指导对家族企业接班人成长的作用--基于扎根理论的越商案例研究

         

摘要

企业传承的成败在很大程度取决于创始人对企业接班人的选拔和培养,这个过程中,导师在接班人成长过程中的作用是一个值得研究的问题。我们通过田野调查,从导师指导这一视角,基于越商传承的访谈案例,利用扎根理论的方法研究导师指导与家族企业接班人成长的关系,研究了导师存在对传承绩效的影响,还讨论了不同类型导师的作用,本研究揭示了导师指导对接班人在职业方面和精神方面两个层面成长的作用,构建了导师指导对接班人成长作用的概念模型。%The success or failure of the enterprise inheritance depends heavily on the founder ’ s selection and training of the enterprise successor. In this process, the role played by a mentor in the successor growth is worth studying. Based on the interviews of the inheritance of the business cases and using the method of grounded theo-ry research, the paper conducts a field investigation to study the impact of mentor existence on the transmission performance and to discuss the effect of different categories of mentors from the perspective of a mentor’ s guiding role. This study reveals a mentor’ s role in the guidance of a successor in the professional and spiritual planes, thus building the concept model by which a mentor can guide a successor’ s growth. .
