In maintenance, traditional frame type oil filter used to add oil to the main transformer will generate a small amount of acetylene. To settle the problem, we put forward an improved scheme where a new diaphragm type oil filter is designed to substitute for a gear one, thus successfully separating the oil circuit from the mechan-ical transmission parts and handling the transformer oil cleavage.%检修现场应用传统板框式滤油机给主变压器换油时会产生少量的乙炔，针对这一问题提出了一种改进方案，设计了一种新的隔膜泵式滤油机，解决了这一问题，取得了良好的效果。
