Based on the investigation of seven regions of different economic development levels in Zhejiang province, through combining the qualitative description with binary choice model (Logit model), an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of rural residents' willingness of farmland transfer is carried out. Studies show that the main factors consist of family characteristics of households, family income, the market trading system, property right system and government behavior. Among them, the tertiary sector income, the right of farmers to the expectation stability, the probable intermediary organizations of land transfer process, farmers involvement in the social security,are all significant factors,for which this paper proposes detailed policy recommendations.%该文以浙江省经济发展水平不同的7个地区为代表,通过实地调查,应用定性描述和二元选择模型(Logit模型)定量估计相结合的方法,对农户土地流转意愿影响因素进行实证分析.研究认为,影响农户流转意愿的主要因素有农户家庭特征、家庭收入状况、市场交易制度、产权制度安排和政府行为.其中,第三产业收入、农户对地权稳定性的预期、土地流转过程中有无中介组织、农户是否参与社保均是对模型有显著影响的因子,据此,该文提出了若干政策建议.
