A variety of usage of the word ＂Lai＂ in Lushan Yuangong Hua of Dunhuang Bianwen is studied. The different grammatical chaaracters of ＂Lai＂as verb, auxiliary word, and modal word, are analyzed. In particular, some familiar words have been given a new meaning in this book, which could enrich the study of Chinese words.%研究了敦煌变文《庐山远公话》中“来”的多种用法，分析了“来”用作动词、助词、语气词的不同语法特点。特别指出一些人们熟悉的词语在《庐山远公话》一书中被赋予了新义，丰富了汉语词汇的研究。
