论述绝对式驱动器与PC机、PMAC相结合的并行双CPU开放式组合机床数控系统之间的串口通信,依据Modbus通信协议编写VB通信程序,实现对伺服驱动器参数设置和驱动器状态读取等功能,读出绝对位置数据并赋予机床加工程序,避免开机或断电重新回零的过程,增加机床可靠性,提高加工效率.%The serial communication between the absolute drive and parallel dual CPU open modular machine CNC system which is combined by the PC and PMAC is discussed. The VB communication program is written according to the Modbus communication protocol to realize the functions such as setting the servo drive parameters and reading the drive status etc. The absolute position data is read and the processing procedures is given to avoid the process of rebacking to zero when powerboot or powerdown, increase the reliability of the machine and improve the processing efficiency.
