1 064 nm/532 nm/660 nm three-wavelength laser was obtained simultaneously or respectively from a LD side-pumped Nd: YAG crystal with acousto-optic Q-switched and nonlinear frequency conversion technology. When the pumping power was 103 W, 1 064 nm laser was 15. 5 W and the green and red laser reached 4. 7 W and 1. 6 W respectively at the repetition rate of 10. 5 kHz and 11.5 kHz. When the three wavelength lasers operated simultaneously, the output power of 1 064 nm/532 ran/660 nm lasers was 10 W, 4.3 W and LOW, respectively, and the instability was less than 2 %.%理论上分析了实现双波长激光同时振荡腔镜反射率等需要满足的条件.实验中利用LD侧面泵浦单根Nd:YAG晶体,同时采用声光调Q与非线性频率变换技术,在3个子谐振腔组成的新型全固态激光实验系统中实现了1 064 nm/532 nm/660 nm三波长激光单独输出与同时输出.在泵浦功率103 W时,1 064nm激光单独输出功率为15.5W,532 nm和660 nm激光在声光调制频率分别为10.5kHz和11.5 kHz时输出功率分别为4.7W和1.6W,转换效率分别为4.6%和1.6%.当三波长激光同时输出时,1 064 nm/532 nm/660 nm三波长激光输出功率分别为10.1 W、4.3W和1.0W,同时测量输出功率不稳定度均小于2.0%.理论与实验符合较好.
