高职院校教师聘期考核办法优化思考--以深圳职业技术学院为例

         

摘要

聘期考核是按聘期和岗位职责对教师工作进行绩效考核的方式。本文通过阐述深圳职业技术学院首次聘期考核的主要做法和试行成效,分析高职院校进入内涵发展期制定聘期考核办法及在试行中出现的包括对教学、科研刚性要求;科研工作量化标准“一刀切”等问题,提出强化教学质量评价、扶植科学研究、弹性调节教学与科研工作量、创造人性化考核环境等优化对策。%Job performance evaluation throughout the employment period is the way to evaluate a teacher’s performance according to the job responsibility required by his position. This article expounds both the main characteristics and the effective methods of the evaluation system carried out in the first employment period of Shenzhen Polytechnic. It also analyzes problems such as compulsory requirements for both teaching and scientific researching, and the“only one standard” to quantify scientific research. Finally, this article puts forward strategies like emphasizing teaching-quality evaluation, encouraging scientific research, and adjusting teaching and researching flexibly, in the hope of creating a humanized evaluation system.
