The game playing of four elements, namely, power, right, media and technology, has triggered internet anti-corruption. As it is very open, transparent, fast and efficient, internet anti-corruption plays a vital role in the legal system. Yet it also has the defects of internet violence and unreliable information. Internet corruption should be put on the right track by building up a legislative, judicial, executive and law-abiding legal frame.%网络反腐的存在与兴起源于权力、权利、媒介、技术四个因子的博弈与衍生.基于网络公开性、透明性、快捷性、高效性等特性,网络反腐对于彰显法治价值和以权利监督权力有着重要意义,但其也存在技术异化、网络暴力、信息失真等缺陷.所以,建立立法、司法、执法、守法"四位一体"网络反腐的法治框架,将网络反腐纳入法治的轨道化进程,实现社会的多元治理结构便十分紧迫.
