舰船舷侧防护液舱对爆炸破片的防御作用研究

         

摘要

舰船舷侧防护液舱的主要作用之一是阻止爆炸破片进入舰船内部,破片穿透液舱的过程中将先后与液舱外板、舱内液体和液舱内板发生相互作用。文章以速度衰减规律分析为基础,考虑了破片在液体中运动时产生的压力对液舱内板抗穿甲效应的影响,结合Wen-Jones模型提出了液舱防护爆炸破片的判据,在此基础上给出了计算算例。文中得到的破片剩余速度公式将为舰船防护液舱的设计提供有价值的参考。%One of the main functions of protective liquid cabin of war-ship is to prevent fragments penetrat-ing into the inner structure. The process that fragments penetrate the liquid cabin includes perforation of outter plate, liquid and inner plate. In this paper, based on the velocity loss analysis and Wen-Jones mod-el, taking the influence of pressure produced by the moving fragment on the anti-perforation ability of in-ner-plate into account, a criterion was given to determine whether the liquid cabin was effective. And, a residual velocity calculation example was given. The formulation of residual velocity may provide a useful reference to the design of protective liquid cabin.
