研究了菌龄、酶的配比、酶解时间及渗透压稳定剂等多种因素对玫红穗状霉Spicellum roseum原生质体形成的影响.结果表明,制备玫红穗状霉原生质体的最佳条件为:菌龄30 h,用10 mg/mL纤维素酶+10 mg/mL蜗牛酶+5 mg/mL壁酶的混合液酶解,以0.7 mol/L的KCl作渗透压稳定剂,30℃酶解3 h.%The preparation conditions of Spicellum roseum protoplast including incubation time, enzyme system, enzymolysis time and osmotic stabilizer were studied. The optimal preparation conditions of S. roseum protoplast were 30 h mycelium growth, 10 mg/mL cellulase, 10 mg/mL snailase and 5 mg/mL lywallzyme ,3 h reaction at 30 ℃ and 0. 7 mol/L KCl as osmotic stabilizer.
