番茄单果质量、果肉厚度及心室数的遗传效应分析

         

摘要

The inheritances of fruit mass, pericarp thickness and locule number in tomato were studied by using six systematic generations derived from two inbred lines ‘860' and ‘HYT'. Minimum gene number and beritability for these traits were estimated and their hereditary correlation coefficients were calculated.The results showed that the heredity of all three traits satisfied the pattern of additive-dominance model.General inheritabilities for three traits were 54.89% ,47.58% and 42.26% ,respectively and the narrow inheritabilities 54.20% ,40.99% and 40.86%. The minimum gene numbers for three traits were 8,5 and 2, respectively. The correlation coefficients between fruit mass and fruit pericarp thickness, between fruit mass and locule number and between fruit pericarp thickness and locule number,were 0.741 1,0.354 9 and 0.171 3 ,respectively.%对番茄的单果质量、果肉厚度、果实心室数3个数量性状进行了遗传效应及遗传相关性分析,并估算了控制这些性状的最少基因数目.结果表明:单果质量、果肉厚度、果实心室数的遗传符合加性-显性模型,其广义遗传力分别为54.89%、47.58%及42.26%,狭义遗传力分别为54.20%、40.99%及40.86%;最少控制基因数目分别为8、5及2对;果肉厚度与单果质量的相关系数为0.741 1,心室数与单果质量的相关系数为0.354 9,而果肉厚度与心室数的相关系数较小,为0.171 3.
