荔枝常温贮藏技术及生理变化的研究

         

摘要

The storage effect and physiological changes of Huaizh i, Nuomiciand Gu iwei cultivars with different postharvest treatments and stored under room t emperature were studied. The results showed that the storage properties of litchi cv. Guiwe i was better than cvs. Nuomici and Huaizhi. Proper postharvest treatments could extend stora ge life. Packaging with polyethylene boxes was better than polyethylene bag s in the beginning 4 d; storage in the air-conditioned room could also extend storage life. Determination of fruit respiration, nutrition and the polyphenol oxidas e and peroxidase activities indicated that they were related to the fruit storage properties.%研究了不同采后处理技术对淮枝、糯米糍、桂味荔枝(Litchi chinensisSonn.)在常温条件下的贮藏效果及生理变化.结果表明,桂味的耐藏性较淮枝和糯米糍好,采后使用保鲜剂处理,可以明显延长荔枝的贮藏期,小盒包装较PE袋好,在空调环境中贮藏可延长荔枝的贮藏期.比较不同品种荔枝贮藏期的呼吸、多酚氧化酶活性、营养成分的变化表明,这些指标与果实的耐藏性有关.
