绵阳三线建设是中国在西部地区进行的一场以备战为指导思想,以交通、国防科技和基础工业为主体的大规模基本经济建设.不仅极大地推动了绵阳经济的发展,更在绵阳社会结构转型发展上发挥了不可估量的作用.当今世界,各发达国家都十分重视军民融合发展,并采取了一系列行之有效的战略举措,积累了丰富的发展经验.研究分析绵阳三线建设精神与文化,对于促进西南科技大学军民融合协同育人深度发展具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值.%The Three-Line Construction in Mianyang was a large-scale basic economic construction in the western regions of China with war preparation as the guiding ideology, and traffic, defence-related science and technology, basic Industry as the main body, which not only greatly pushed the economic development in Mianyang, but also played an immeasurable role in Mianyang social structure transformation and development. In today's world, developed countries attach great importance to civil-military integration by adopting a series of effective strategic measures, thus accumulating abundant experience. The study of the Three-Line Construction in Mianyang is of referential significance and value to promoting the deep development of civil-military integration cooperative education in Southwest University of Science and Technology ( SWUST).
