地铁浮置板用隔振器刚度与阻尼试验

         

摘要

Stiffness and damping of steel spring vibration isolator are important parameters for dynamic simulation of floating slab track structure. The vibration isolators are loaded more than 3 million times by using an electric servo hydraulic testing system,and the force and displacement data are acquired before and after the fatigue test,respectively. According to helical spring fatigue testing standard and energy dis-sipation theory,the test data is processed by the usage of the software of MATLAB to obtain the static stiffness,the dynamic stiffness and damping under different loading frequencies. The results show that lit-tle variation happen to the values of the stiffness and damping before and after the fatigue test,where the maximum variation is less than five percent,indicating that tested steel spring vibration isolators have the stable performance. The testing values of the stiffness and damping could provide accurate and reliable parameters for the dynamic simulation of track structure.%钢弹簧隔振器刚度与阻尼是浮置板轨道结构动力学仿真计算的重要参数。采用电液伺服式疲劳试验机对钢弹簧隔振器进行300万次以上的疲劳加载,测试了疲劳试验前后的作用力与位移曲线;根据螺旋弹簧疲劳试验规范和能量耗散原理,利用 MATLAB 软件对测试的数据进行处理和计算,获得了隔振器疲劳试验前后的静刚度数值和不同频率下的动刚度与阻尼值。测试结果表明:疲劳试验前后隔振器刚度与阻尼参数值变化很小,其最大参数值变化不超过5%,说明该隔振器经疲劳试验加载后,刚度和阻尼性能稳定。本试验测试获得的隔振器的刚度、阻尼参数值可运用于轨道结构的动力学仿真计算。
