The paper studies knowledge resources flow between organizations by means of social network analysis. There are three major network factors influencing knowledgeflows, namely nodes of the network, the relationship between nodes and network structure. Knowledge acquisition and innovation performance are used to measure the effectiveflow of knowledge resources, and then this paper establishes a research model. This paper tests the research hypothesis with the method of structural equation modeling and draws a conclusion:these factors including the strong relationship between nodes and weak relationship between nodes and the scale of the network and network density, have all significant effect on knowledge acquisition and innovation performance; other factors, including node centrality of the network and network cohesion, have significant effect on the former but not on the latter.%将社会网络分析引入到组织间知识资源流动的研究中,分析影响知识有效流动的网络因素:网络节点、节点间关系及网络结构,以知识获取和创新绩效作为测量知识流动的指标,建立研究假设模型。采用结构方程模型检验研究假设,并得出结论:节点间强关系与弱关系、网络规模、网络密度对知识获取和创新绩效均有显著影响,网络节点中心度、网络内部凝聚力对知识获取有显著影响,但对创新绩效影响不显著。
