为解决现有研究因并未考虑和则、和谐主题两项要素对交互决策效率与效果的影响而存在的决策过程难于控制和决策结果难以满意的问题,基于和谐思想分别从最小化认知分歧和最大化系统和则度的技术视角构建了用于提取最优属性价值的谐则模型与和则模型,并在此基础上以和谐主题为决策交互目标导向提出了促进决策系统螺旋推进与和谐运行的交互决策方法步骤.模拟验证结果表明所提出的方法具有科学有效性与应用可行性.%The existing approaches rarely consider the influence of the He principle and the HeXie theme on efficiency and effectiveness of interactive decision making, which usually results in that the decision process and decision results are difficult to be controlled and satisfied. To solve above problems, the Xie principle model and the He principle model used for deriving the optimal attribute values, are established by means of minimizing cognitivity bifurcation and maximizing systematic He principle degree. Besides, the interactive decision making steps are proposed to promote decision system to propel helically and run harmoniously. A simulation case shows the presented approach is scientific, effective and applicable.
