为实现机器人装配生产线的智能化, 减少装配成本, 节省生产时间, 提高机器人装配的生产效率.文章通过Petri网对包装流水线的离散事件建模, 再根据Petri网模型来分析生产线的装配性能, 采取数学分析法对生产线的可行性进行评估;从而证明生产线工艺性能好、物料分派均衡、结构合理、资源溢出、死锁等情况不会在流水线上发生.实验结果, 设计出一套行之有效、具有可操作性装配生产线, 从而达到提升生产效率目的.%The research is aimed to realize the intelligentialization of robot assembly line, reduce assembly cost, save production time and improve the production efficiency of robot assembly.In this paper, the discrete event model of packaging pipeline is established by Petri net, and then the assembly performance of the production line is analyzed by Petri net model, and the feasibility of the production line is evaluated by mathematical analysis method, which proves that the production line has good process performance, balanced material distribution, reasonable structure, resource overflow and deadlock will not occur on the production line.The experimental results show that an effective and operable assembly line is designed to improve production efficiency.
