超音速射流流场湍流模型适应性研究

         

摘要

为了系统研究Fluent湍流模型对超音速射流的适应性状况,运用Fluent自带的5种湍流模型,对 Ma=1.7的喷管进行了数值模拟,得到了不同超音速射流在轴线上距喷管出口一定距离的速度与温度分布图,并与试验测试值进行了比较。结果表明,采用标准 k_ω模型和标准k_ε模型模拟时与试验结果相差较大,RNG k_ε模型、可实现 k_ε模型和SST k_ω模型的模拟结果差别不是很大。综合近场和远场与试验测试值的比较可以看出,采用SST k_ω模型模拟的射流结果与试验测试值的吻合度最高,因此该模型最适用于 Ma=1.7喷管的超音速射流模拟。研究结果可为转炉炼钢的吹氧装置设计提供参考。%To study and analyze the adaptability of five kinds of turbulence model coming with fluent for supersonic jet systematically ,the five kinds of turbulence model were used for Mach 1.7 nozzle on numerical simulation ,the distribution of velocity and temperature along axial direction was obtained ,and compared with experimentally measured values .The comparative results show that :the results acquired using standard k_εmodel and the standard k_ωmodel ,compared with ex_perimental results ,have big deviation ,w hile the deviation is much smaller w hen using RNG k_εmodel ,realizable k_εmodel and SST k_ωmodel .The comparison with experimental results both in the near field and far field ,shows that the simulation result achieved by SST k_ωmodel simulation has the highest degree in accordance with experimental results ,so the final conclusion was a_chieved:SST k_ωsimulation model is most suitable for the jet simulation for Mach 1.7 nozzle .
