随着我国高等教育从精英教育转向大众化教育以寻求学生发展与社会需要之间新的平衡,组建高绩效的学生事务管理团队已逐渐成为众多高校改革的新选择。高校学生事务团队管理既有适应学生发展与社会需要的现实基础,又有符合学理的理论基础。高校学生事务团队管理以“团队工作”模式代替传统的“单兵工作”模式,其中包括构建、运行、激励和考核四个关键环节。重庆邮电大学狠抓这四个关键环节,在高校学生事务团队管理方面进行了积极的探索和有益的尝试。%With the new changes of China’s advanced education from elite education to popular educa-tion and the effort to ease the tension between the students’development and social needs,an effective performance team management of the student affairs has gradually become a new choice of University reformation.The team management of the student affairs not only adapts to the need of realistic foun-dation,but also is consistent with the theoretical foundation.The management of the student affairs applies “team work”model,consisting of four critical steps:construction,operation,incentive,and assessment,instead of individual work mode.Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications vigorously promotes the four key nodes,and has actively explored and attempted such team manage-ment of the student affairs.
