苎麻复合微生物脱胶工艺优化

         

摘要

采用L18(36)正交试验,将芽孢杆菌B2和曲霉M2菌株的混合种子液用于对苎麻脱胶,确定了2种菌株联合脱胶的最优工艺条件:芽孢杆菌B2和曲霉M2的种子液接种量分别为6%和11%,水料比为15∶l(mL/g),脱胶初始pH值为6,温度为35℃,脱胶时间为50 h.在最佳条件下处理后的苎麻纤维脱胶率可达到31.9%,纤维线密度和纤维断裂强度均符合二级精干苎麻的标准.红外光谱和电镜扫描结果表明,经过生物酶脱胶后,苎麻纤维的光滑、平整、纤细程度得到了很大改善,其胶质复合体的分子结构发生了明显变化.%Mixed seed liquid of bacillus B2 and aspergillus M2 was used in the degumming of ramie, and the optimal conditions of joint strains for enzymatic degumming of ramie were determined by the L18(36) orthogonal experiment as follows; bacillus B2 and aspergillus M2 seed liquid inoculation amounts are 6% and 11% , respectively, the ratio of water and material is 15: 1 (mL/g), initial pH value is 6, degumming at 35 ℃ for 50 hours. Under these conditions, the degumming rate of the ramie can reach 31. 9% , and its fiber fineness and breaking strength meet the standard of the second grade refined ramie. Infrared spectrometry and scanning electron microscopy analysis show that after bio-enzymatic degumming, the smoothness and fineness of the ramie have been improved significantly, and its molecular structure of the glue complex has changed obviously.
