区域社区教育的硬件建设、师资队伍以及整体办学水平都有待于进一步强化。而区域教育资源整合是实现社区教育发展的重要途径。探索“以社区居民的教育需求为导向，以动态的资源整合及合理布局为手段，构建多元、立体、网络化的社区教育超市体系的社区教育新模式”成为推进区域社区教育发展的应时之举。%As the regional community education has developed into the current stage, its infrastructure, teachers’level and overall education quality need a further improvement. Therefore, the regional education resource integration is an important way to achieve community education development. Oriented by the education demand of the community residents and based on the method of resource integration and a proper distribution, a diverse, stereo, and online community education model should be constructed. This kind of exploration becomes requirements of the regional community education development.
