2015年，河南省总工会针对全省企业生产经营情况、职工队伍状况、新常态下的工会工作情况进行了大调研。调研显示，部分地区经济均呈增速放缓的态势，企业生产经营状况受宏观环境和自身结构性矛盾影响，下行压力加大。工会组织应充分发挥教育引导作用，积极引领职工增强对新常态的认识，同时，应当积极搭建企业发展平台，助推企业改革发展。%In 2015, the Henan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions conducted a large-scale survey on production, management, staff’s situation and work of trade unions under the new normal in enterprises all over the province. The survey has indicated that the economy tends to slow down in some areas, corporate production and management are impacted by macro-environment and their own structural confl icts, and downward pressure is increasing. Trade unions shall bring their roles in guiding education into full play and actively guide employees’ awareness of the new normal. Meanwhile, it is necessary to actively build platforms for corporate development, thereby promoting reform and development of enterprises.
