针对“微时代”语境下企业工会工作所面临的现实境遇,工会工作者应从搭建“微平台”、抢占“微阵地”,创新“微载体”、融入“微生活”,完善“微管理”、净化“微环境”,重视“微领袖”、引领“微舆情”,建好“微队伍”、提高“微素养”等几个方面探寻“微时代”语境下企业工会工作应对之策略。%In light of enterprises’ real circumstances in handling work of their trade unions under the context of “micro era”, workers of the trade unions shall explore and fi nd out strategies for dealing with pertinent work under the context of “micro era” by constructing “micro platforms”, occupying “micro position”, making “micro carriers” innovative, incorporating “micro life”, improving “micro management”, purifying “micro environment”, attaching importance to “micro leaders”, guiding “micro public opinions”, building “micro teams” and improving “micro qualities”.
