If we want to construct a socialistic harmonious society, we must focus on establishment of a harmonious working relationship. We should guide the businessmen to run the business by law and have a con- cept that we must share with the workers. We should teach the staff to propose the ＇demands by law and accomplish the work in the way of being a master.
