教练员自主支持对运动员心理疲劳的影响——基本心理需要的中介作用

         

摘要

为考察教练员自主支持对运动员心理疲劳的影响,以及运动员基本心理需要的中介作用,采用教练员自主支持量表、基本心理需要量表和运动员心理疲劳问卷对598名现役运动员进行调查.研究发现:(1)教练员自主支持可以显著负向预测运动员心理疲劳,即教练员自主支持对运动员心理疲劳具有抑制作用;(2)教练员自主支持既可直接影响运动员心理疲劳,也可通过运动员基本心理需要的中介作用间接影响运动员心理疲劳.构建的中介效应模型一定程度上可以揭示教练员自主支持影响运动员心理疲劳的作用机制,对运动员心理疲劳的防治具有一定的指导意义.研究提示,未来可从提高教练员自主支持水平出发,满足运动员基本心理需要,进而缓解运动员心理疲劳.%In order to explore the effect of coaches'autonomy support on athlete burnout,as well as the mediating effect of basic psychological needs,598 Chi?nese athletes were recruited to complete Perceived Autonomy Support:the Sport Climate questionnaire,Basic Psychological Needs Scale,Athlete Burnout Ques?tionnaire.The results showed that coaches'autonomy support could negatively predict athlete burnout,that is perceived coachesˊautonomy support could play inhibiting effect on athlete burnout;Coaches'autonomy support could affect athlete burnout not only through direct effect,but also through the mediating effects of basic psychological needs.To some degree,the mediating effect model in this study could explain mechanism of coaches'autonomy support impacting athlete burnout,which had important reference value for the prevention and treatment of athlete burnout.In the future,we can satisfy basic psychological needs by en?hancing the level of coachesˊautonomy support.As a result,athlete burnout may be relieved.
