Work-study conflict is a difficult point in adult education management .Most of learn-ers in adult colleges study in their spare time whilst working ,which caused work-study conflict .Unita-ry model of teaching and outmoded content of courses lack of attractiveness to learners .The side effect of market economy makes learners impatient and affects their enthusiasm in learning ;scholastic year system and written examination are not fit for learning characteristics of learners ,etc…above problems impact the learners’ attendance ,exacerbate the work -study conflict .This article states that :A valid way to solve this problem is to carry out curriculum reform ,strengthen supervision and inspection ,change the evaluation mode and gradually practice credit system .%工学矛盾是成人教育管理的难点。成人高校绝大部分学员在职业余学习，造成工学矛盾。教学模式单一，教学内容陈旧，缺乏对学员的吸引力；市场经济的负面影响，使学员心浮气燥，影响学员学习的积极性；学年制以及闭卷考核方式不符合成人学员的学习特征等，以上问题影响了学员的出勤，进一步加剧了工学矛盾。文章认为：实施课程改革、加强督导检查、改革考核方式、逐步推行学分制是解决这一问题的有效途径。
