Wine industry was developed in Song dynasty , and wine consumption was greater. However, there were more officials’illegal phenomenon due to wine. Some officials alcoholics and abandoned the government affairs, bribery and accepted bribes. Someone concocted various pretexts in order to reap the wine interests. Even the indi⁃vidual official drunken murder disregard for human life. These hazards were obvious, and the government of the northern Song dynasty were punished it in different degrees. But the applicable laws and sentencing standard also highlights the features of Song’s policy in the process of punishment, it was preferential treatment Literati and the rule of man was greater than the rule of law in authoritarian era.%宋朝酿酒业发达，酒的消费量大。然而因酒而致的官员违法犯纪现象亦很多。有些官员嗜酒废政；有些官员用酒行贿受贿；有些官员为取酒利，巧立名目；甚至个别官员醉酒杀人，草菅人命。其危害显而易见，宋朝政府均给予不同程度的处罚。但处罚过程中适用法律及量刑标准也凸显了宋朝优容士大夫的国策，以及专制时代人治大于法治的特点。
