牟宗三道德的形而上学体系评析

         

摘要

牟宗三首先对道德形而上学概念作了重新界定,依牟宗三的分析,康德的形而上学从广义上来说可分为两个方面,即自然的形上学和道德的形上学。他将康德所建的道德形上学称为"道德底形上学"(Metaphysic of Morals),将自己所建的道德形上学称为"道德的形上学"(Moral Metaphysics)。康德的道德底形上学因为不能肯定智的直觉最终不能证成。牟宗三将自己的道德的形上学划分为两层,即无执的存有论和执的存有论两层。无执的存有论通过良知良能自我坎陷而生出执的存有论,由于良知良能自我坎陷说的内在矛盾,所以牟宗三道德的形而上学体系最终也无法证成。%Mu Zongsan first redefines the concept of moral metaphysics.According to Mu Zongsan's analysis,Kant s Metaphysics in a broad sense can be divided into two aspects,namely natural metaphysics and moral metaphysics. He calls moral metaphysics that is built by Kant Metaphysic of Morals and that is built by himself Moral Metaphysics.Kant' s Metaphysic of Morals ultimately can' t be demonstrated because he could not make sure that the human beings have intellectual intuition.Mu Zongsan divides his Moral Metaphysics into Two levels,namely unholding and holding ontology.Unholding ontology deduces holding ontology through conscience' s self-negation, because of Inherent contradictions of the theory of conscience s self-negation,Kant s Metaphysic of Morals ultimately can' t be demonstrated.
