Abstract： There is a character in the sentence of the Xincai bamboo slips No. 137. It may be the variant structure of＂shuang＂ （双） after investigating from the context and the figure. The character especially is used to refer the quantifier of the ＂shuang＂ in the ancient character materials.%新蔡简甲三137号有一＂■＂字,从文例及字形上来看,似应释为＂双＂之异体。＂双＂字在出土文献中的使用情况尤其是量词用法,也是个值得考察的问题。
