Network opinions develop fast in China these years;especially their negative influence produced under many complicated causes has a grave consequence,leaving serious problems and challenges to society.In order to correctly understand,scientifically deal with,effectively control,and make use of internet public opinions of various accidents,we must establish a correct ideal,enhance dealing ability,set a good foundation,and build a long mechanism,and construct plans for the arrival of a possible event,by changing concepts,consciously conducting,improving abilities,making joint efforts,and taking precautions.%近几年,我国突发事件网络舆情发展迅速,特别是在种种复杂原因作用下的网络舆情负效应,影响巨大,挑战空前。正确认识、科学应对、有效控制和转化利用突发事件网络舆情,必须树立正确理念,提高应对能力,打好扎实基础,建设长效机制,构建应急预案,做到转变观念、主动作为、提高能力、群策群力、未雨绸缪。
