容量评估是进行流量管理的前提和基础.航路,作为目前国内空域结构的基本组成单元,其容量评估的准确性将直接影响到流量管理实施的效果.但是,针对军事活动因素对航路容量的影响,国内外研究成果甚少.文章在分析原有航路最大容量模型的基础之上,通过研究军事活动存在情况下航路的运行特性和运行方式,建立了有军事活动影响下的航路容量评估模型,通过对算例进行分析,验证了模型的有效性和可行性.%Capacity assessment is the foundation and the prerequisite of air traffic management. Route is the basic composition of the current domestic airspace structure. The accuracy of the estimated en-route capacity will have a directly impact on the implementation of traffic management measures. However, the research targeting to this and also considering military activities is very limited. This paper studies an existing maximum capacity model and the operation characteristics of the military activities, and then proposes a novel en-route airspace capacity model considering military activities. A case study implemented in the paper also proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
