基于航班优先级排序的高峰时刻场面滑行调度优化研究

         

摘要

为解决高峰小时场面航空器滑行冲突,提高机场运行安全和效率,减少航班延误损失,提出了基于航班优先级的航空器滑行调度模型.以基于最短路径的总调度时间最小为目标,使用滚动时域策略,设计预测窗口、滚动窗口、调度子问题、滚动机制等调度要素求解模型.仿真算例表明,此调度模型能够在兼顾航班优先级别属性的同时,规避了滑行中的各类冲突,对枢纽机场高峰小时内的18架不同属性的航空器实施了优化调度,较之原调度方案,总体时间减少了近2 min,提高了总体效率.%In order to avoid aircrafts taxi conflicts in peak hours, a flight priority-based scheduling model was proposed to improve airport safety and efficiency, and to reduce the loss of flight delays. In the model, the shortest path-based objective was employed to minimize the total routing time. The model was solved by using rolling horizon strategy, the prediction window, rolling window, scheduling sub-problems, and rolling mechanism. Simulation examples show that the flight scheduling model can take into account the flight priority attributes, and avoid the taxi way conflicts. The case of 18 different priority aircrafts within one peak hour demonstrates that the new model can reduce the overall time by nearly 2 minutes compared with the original ones.
