半刚性基层沥青路面动态应变响应实测分析

         

摘要

为掌握半刚性基层沥青路面结构在车辆荷载下的真实受力状态,设计了基于光纤光栅应变传感器的半刚性基层沥青路面结构动态应变测试方法,并对沥青路面结构各层位内的三向应变响应规律进行了分析.分析结果表明:对于横向应变,各层只有单一受拉或受压2种应变呈现模式;对于竖向应变,各面层结构实测均为压应变,中面层应变最大,可验证中面层对结构型车辙贡献最大的结论;对于纵向应变,各层均呈现"拉-压"循环应变行为模式,可能为材料加速疲劳破坏所致.该规律与ABAQUS有限元数值模拟结果趋势一致,表明沥青路面结构三向应变测试能在一定程度上反映路面结构的真实应变行为,可为沥青路面结构设计方法的改进提供依据.%To study the actual mechanical state of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement under the vehicle load,a dynamic strain test based on fiber grating sensor was designed and the three-dimensional strain responses were analyzed.It was found that the vertical strains of pavement structure are compressive strain and the maximum value appears in mid-surface.For longitudinal strain,tensile and compress circulating strain pattern of pavement structure could lead to the acceleration of fatigue failure.For transverse strain, the strain pattern of pavement structure is compressive.The diversification of dynamic strain test is consistent with that of numerical analysis in the FEM software ABAQUS.It is proved that the test can reflect the actual mechanical state of pavement structure and provides references for the improvement of asphalt pavement structural design method.
