PCB板动态分析等效建模方法

         

摘要

Vast quantities, various shapes and different sizes of electronic components on printed circuit board (PCB) lead to complicated process of meshing and huge number of meshes, therefore, the modeling of electronic equipment becomes extremely difficult. Based on equivalent Young’s modulus, an equivalent modeling method is presented. This method makes the PCB equivalent to the base plate with uniform mass and equal thickness. Equivalent Young’s modulus expressions of the ith PCB’s modal and the multistage frequency derived from the least squares method were given by applying unit equivalent Young’s modulus model. Besides, the effect of contact area and height of components to equivalent Young’s modulus is studied. A case simulation shows that the process of modeling is greatly simplified and the number of meshes is significantly reduced with this equivalent method.%提出一种基于等效杨氏模量的等效建模方法,该方法以保持等效前后PCB板固有频率相等为原则,将实际PCB板等效为均质、等厚的光板。利用单位杨氏模量模型,推导出第i阶等效模型的杨氏模量,基于最小二乘法求得多阶频率下等效杨氏模量表达式。分析了元器件和PCB板接触面积、元器件高度对等效杨氏模量的影响。实例应用表明,等效方法可使建模过程大大简化,网格数量大幅度减少。
