热轧圆钢轧制薄带钢的实验研究

         

摘要

Using hot-rolled round steel instead of cold-rolled sheet to produce blue strip steel,the spread and mechanical properties of thin strip by hot rolling theФ12 mm round steel have been mainly investigated in this paper. Taking the lead rod as the sample to simulate the processes to hot roll the rod to be the thin strip,it was found that the width spread increased obviously by using angular rolling technique,and the formula between entering angle and spread is . In addition,the width of thin strip is linear growth as accumulation of the reduc-tion in height in the case of a certain entering angle for this experiment. The simulation experimental results have been verified by the experiment of hot-rolled round steel. The thin strip spread changed greatly due to dif-ferent rolling methods. The spread increased obviously with decreasing the entering angle when angular roll-ing method is adopted. The thin strip’s strength can be reached up to 540 MPa by tensile experiment,which agreed with the general intensity level of thin strip. This results provide the feasible solutions to utilize hot-rolled round steel producing thin strip under the conditions of the big thickness to width ratio and high strength.%利用热轧圆钢代替冷轧薄板生产发蓝带钢,主要研究了Ф12 mm的圆钢在热轧薄带过程中的宽展及轧制后薄带的力学性能情况。在利用铅棒模拟热轧圆钢轧制薄带的实验中发现,采用角轧的方式可明显增大薄带的宽展,且角轧时的送入角与薄带的宽展符合关系式Δb=28.67-0.26α。此外,在本实验中,当送入角一定时,薄带的宽度随着轧件压下量的累积呈线性增长变化。同时用热轧圆钢模拟实验验证了此结果,并表明:由于轧制的方式不同,薄带的宽展变化较大,且采用角轧方式时,随着送入角的减小,宽展增加明显。热轧后的薄带强度可达到540 MPa,达到了一般强度级别薄带的水平,这为利用热轧圆钢生产大宽厚比、高强度发蓝带钢的可行性解决方案提供了实验依据。
