电磁集能式调谐质量阻尼器的结构减震及能量收集分析

         

摘要

利用滚珠丝杆和永磁电机的能量收集单元代替传统型调谐质量阻尼器中的黏性阻尼,形成一种具有结构减震与能量收集两重功能的电磁集能式调谐质量阻尼器.通过引入滚珠丝杆机械构件,实现结构的水平往返运动转化为高效旋转运动的功能,并产生较大的惯性质量,有利于提高结构减震性能.通过分析滚珠丝杆力学性能,能量收集单元的动力学模型,建立了电磁集能式调谐质量阻尼器的力学模型.将电磁集能式调谐质量阻尼器与单自由度结构相结合,建立耦合结构受地震作用时的动力学模型,并仿真分析了此结构受El Centro地震作用时,电磁集能式调谐质量阻尼器对结构减震与能量收集的性能.结果表明,电磁集能式TMD对结构峰值位移和加速度的减振性能同于经典TMD,但结构位移与加速度均方值劣于经典TMD的减震性能;能量收集的平均功率约0.52 W.%Here,a newly regenerative electromagnetic tuned mass damper (RETMD) was proposed to realize structural aseismic control and energy harvesting simultaneously.The viscous damping of a traditional TMD was replaced by an energy harvesting unit including a ball screw and a permanent magnet generator to form a RETMD.The ball screw was introduced to transfer a back and forth motion into a rotary motion with a higher efficiency to produce a larger inertial mass being beneficial to improve a structure's aseismic performance.The mechanical performance of the ball screw was analyzed,and the dynamic models of the energy harvesting unit and the RETMD were established.A RETMD was combined with a single-DOF structure system to build the dynamic model of the RETMD-structure coupled system under earthquake loads.The seismic responses of the system subjected to El Centro earthquake were simulated.The results showed that the peak displacement and acceleration reductions of the system with a RETMD are close to those of the system with a classic TMD,but the mean square values of the former's displacement and acceleration are larger than those of the latter;the average power of the RETMD's energy harvesting is about 0.52 W.
