背衬封装对卧板式直线超声电机输出推力影响

         

摘要

The relationship between back packaging of a ultrasonic motor and its carrying capacity of pre-load was studied.The vibration model of the motor was built and analyzed in different packaging ways,taking a board-type horizontal linear ultrasonic motor as a studying object.The effect of packaging on the stiffness of the motor was investigated using an equivalent stiffness model.The relationship between packaging and pre-load was also obtained.Through tests,the largest carrying capacities of pre-load in different packaging ways were measured.The results showed that the motor with distributed flexible support on its partial back can withstand a maximum pre-load; the output thrust is twice more than that in normal packaging way; the back packaging can change the force transmission path so that to make the motor withstand a greater pre-load.%研究超声电机的背衬封装与预压力承载能力之关系.以卧板式直线超声电机为研究对象,建立电机振动力学模型;分析不同封装方式模型.通过改进的等效刚度模型,研究封装夹持对电机刚度参数影响,获得电机封装与预压力承载能力之关系,并通过预压力加载实验测得各自所能承载的最大预压力.结果表明,通过为电机添加局部背衬封装,可使电机能承受最大预压力,且输出推力较常规封装大两倍以上,证实背衬式封装能改变力传递路径.
