周期桁架浮筏系统的隔振特性研究

         

摘要

研究周期结构对桁架浮筏隔振系统振动传递的衰减特性,首先利用有限元方法计算周期桁架浮筏的频响特性,并将其与传统浮筏进行比较.然后,运用频响函数综合法建立整个系统的振动传递模型,计算频响函数进行研究在隔振系统中评价周期结构浮筏的性能.分析表明:周期桁架浮筏较传统浮筏更有效地抑制振动的传递,当与设备组成一个隔振系统之后,在与浮筏上下层隔振器的共同作用下,整个隔振系统能在一个宽频段内对振动传递产生更好的抑制作用.%Vibration characteristics of a floating raft system constructed with periodic truss structures were analyzed. Firstly, the frequency response functions (FRFs) of the new floating raft system were calculated by means of the finite element method and compared with those of a traditional floating raft system. And then, to find the effect of a periodic truss raft system on reducing vibration transmission, the FRF-based substructure method was utilized to establish the model of an assembled system induding a periodic truss raft, a base structure and an equipment. Simulation results indicated that the floating raft with periodic truss structures has a better performance in suppressing vibration transmission than the traditional floating raft. When the new rafting system was used to isolate machinery vibration along with vibration isolators, the entire isolation system could reduce vibration transmission better in a wider frequency band.
