传感器冗余的磁悬浮轴承转子系统研究

         

摘要

An active magnetic bearing system with redundant sensors was constructed. Five degrees of freedom simulation model based on ADAMS and MATLAB was established, and the influence of sensor location on dynamic characteristics of the system was analyzed. Incomplete differential PID and fuzzy-PID control programs based on TMS32028335 DSP were compiled. Diagnostic method for sensor faults was designed. Proof tests were implemented by means of cutting sensor cable artificially. The results show that the system can run with safety after one of the sensors has been damaged.%构建了传感器冗余的磁悬浮轴承转子系统,建立了基于ADAMS和MATLAB的系统五自由度仿真模型,并进行了联合仿真,分析了系统运行过程中传感器位置的改变对系统动态性能的影响.编写了基于TMS320F28335 DSP的不完全微分PID和模糊PID控制程序,设计了传感器故障诊断方法,通过人为切断某一传感器的方式在试验台上进行了试验验证.研究结果表明,在转子运行过程中,某一传感器失效后,系统仍能安全稳定地运行.
